"Pretty easy way to find tires"
I used michelin.com to look up tires for my car, and it was easier than I expected. I searched by vehicle, and it pulled up options quickly, so I didn’t have to bounce around the site much. I did wonder for a second if I was picking the exact right fit, but the info seemed straightforward enough.

The site also worked fine on my phone, which I wasn’t totally sure about at first. The specs and comparisons were clear, or at least clear enough for me to feel like I knew what I was looking at, and finding nearby dealers was simple too. Not much to complain about, really

"Such a comfy ride now!!!"
I bought my Michelin tyres through michelin.com i’m really happy with them!!! The car just feels smoother to drive now, which I noticed pretty much straight away!!!

The road noise seems way lower, and bumps don’t feel anywhere near as harsh, even on my usual rough commute!!! I wasn’t expecting a massive change, but it’s definitely made the ride more comfortable!!!

Ordering on the site was simple enough, and the tyres have been great so far!!! Really pleased with the comfort and I’d happily buy them again!!!

I’ll give michelin credit, the tires are good and I do feel safe driving on them. But man, the price is kind of stupid compared to other brands. I get that they last a while, so it’s not like they’re junk, but the value still feels average to me. If these pricing goblins ran better deals more often, I’d probably rate them higher. Good tires, just way too expensive.

I’ve put about 40k miles on these tires so far, and there’s still plenty of tread left... wasn’t expecting them to hold up this well.

"The warranty process was surprisingly painless"
I had a tire wear problem show up earlier than I expected, and to be honest, I was already bracing myself for the usual warranty runaround. But when I checked the coverage on Michelin, it was actually straightforward and easy to understand.

The shop helped send everything in, and Michelin covered their share without making it a whole ordeal. It did take a little time, but nothing unreasonable. I tend to judge companies by how they handle stuff after the sale, and this was a good experience. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Lasted longer than I thought, thankfully"
I’ll give credit where it’s due, these tires have been reliable so far and I haven’t had any issues yet. i was expecting some kind of problem by now, because that’s usually how these things go, but they’ve held up better than expected.

I had to file a warranty claim for one of my michelin tires i was dreading it for no reason. I kept assuming it was going to be a headache, but the site was easy to follow and the claim was handled quicker than I expected. Support also answered my question without making it complicated. Kind of wish I’d started the process sooner, because it ended up being painless

I’ve only really had them out on dry roads, but so far the grip feels great. No slipping or anything weird, just feels easy to drive on

"Super confident grip in the rain"
I’ve been using these michelin tires for about 6 months now, and I’m really happy with them. They feel super secure on wet roads, which gives me a lot more confidence when it’s raining. The ride is smooth too, and the road noise is surprisingly low. Definitely glad I went with these!

"Good deal in the end"
I bought a set of tires during a michelin rebate promo and submitted everything online. The site was straightforward, which was nice because I’m not always the best at keeping track of rebate stuff. The status took a little longer to update than I expected, but the rebate did come through in the end. Felt like a small win getting a little money back after a big tire purchase. I’d probably use it again if the deal was worth it

I’ve gone with Michelin for years now, i just feel good about them. Hard to explain exactly, but they’ve always seemed solid to me, so I don’t really worry when I use them.

"Good grip, but noisier than I expected"
I’ve had these tires for a bit now, and overall they’re decent. The grip feels solid, especially around town and in normal driving conditions, so I don’t really have any complaints there. That said, once I get on the highway, the road noise is noticeable and gets a little annoying on longer drives. Not a bad tire, but I wish they were quieter
